These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, joining a waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if we have previously suspended or removed your account. 2. Membership and introductions It's Something is a curated membership experience focused on vetted introductions, not an open marketplace for unlimited browsing or unsolicited contact. Access, timing, and availability of introductions may vary based on membership status, geography, capacity, and our internal review processes. 3. Your account You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. 4. Acceptable use You agree not to: - Misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions; - Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other members or our team; - Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or commercial solicitation purposes; - Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; - Upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. We may investigate violations and take action, including warnings, suspension, or termination. 5. Content you provide You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content as needed to operate, improve, and secure the Service. Safety and offline interactions We do not conduct criminal background checks on all users and cannot guarantee member identity or behavior.
